TRF is working in collaboration with UNESCO to launch a survey into companies’ ethical use of AI and to support companies to map how they are using AI systems. The survey builds on UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of AI, the first ever global standard on AI ethics. Opening for responses in summer 2025, the survey aims to support companies to harness the potential of AI while identifying, understanding and managing risks to people and society. We are running an introductory series of webinars for companies interested in benchmarking their use of AI and learning more about the process.

Join us to celebrate all the companies that took part in the WDI in 2024 and especially those that submitted the most information in various ways. We’ll reveal all the short-listed companies and hear from the winning companies about their experiences of workforce reporting and transparency. Afterwards, all the nominated companies will feature on a webpage similar to last year’s.
